BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE

Founded through experience. Built for legacy.

Cornell Lewis, founder of The Sharp Gentlemen Society
Cornell Lewis

FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

The Sharp Gentlemen Society was founded in 2025 by model, producer, entrepreneur, and creative visionary Cornell Lewis. Although the organization officially began in 2025, its foundation was built over more than two decades in fashion, business, entertainment, and live production.

His journey has taken him to New York, Atlanta, and New Orleans Fashion Weeks, magazine features, and collaborations with celebrity designers and recognized talent throughout the fashion and entertainment industries. With experience in more than 20 fashion shows and over 10 high-fashion productions as a producer, Cornell has learned the industry from both sides of the runway — creative direction, model development, casting, storytelling, event production, and brand partnerships.

Throughout his career, Cornell recognized the power of showing up with confidence, presenting yourself with intention, and owning every room you enter. His personal brand, The Sharp Gentleman, became a reflection of that philosophy — lived both on the runway and throughout his corporate career. That vision became The Sharp Gentlemen Society: a platform that takes everything learned from the runway, the boardroom, and behind the scenes, and turns it into a pathway that opens doors for other men.

THE LEADERSHIP

Built by men who've done the work.

Beyond their positions within the Society, these men are educators, executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders who make an impact in their respective industries. Together, they bring a powerful range of experience, perspective, and purpose to our brotherhood.

Reggie provides leadership and strategic direction for the Society, ensuring its mission, values, and vision remain at the center of everything we do. He works closely with the executive team to strengthen member engagement, accountability, brotherhood, and organizational growth.

Beyond the Society, Reggie is a school executive administrator and accomplished pageant coach who has worked with distinguished clientele, including contestants within the Miss USA organization. His experience in education, leadership, and personal development allows him to recognize potential, cultivate confidence, and help others rise to their highest level.

As Image Director, Christopher “Sancho” Smalls architects the Society's visual identity and leads its photography initiatives. He oversees the complete production process—from developing concepts to executing lighting, set design, and polished editorial campaigns. Central to his role is talent development, guiding members in front of the camera to capture their confidence, individuality, and authentic personalities.

Sancho is a multidisciplinary artist, commercial photographer, and photography studio owner who blends fine-art principles with sharp editorial execution. He also works in property management and contributes his leadership through board service. His combined experience in business, visual storytelling, and community leadership ensures every representation of the Society embodies sophistication, distinction, and the elevated standard of a Sharp Gentleman.

With a diverse background in the creative arts—including modeling, dance, runway coaching, photography, music, and creative writing—Hector shapes the creative identity of the Sharp Gentlemen Society through fashion, visual storytelling, campaign concepts, and immersive live experiences. His vision extends beyond simply showcasing the Society's signature blend of style, purpose, culture, and innovation; he transforms these pillars into impactful moments designed to inspire, entertain, and set a new standard for modern gentlemen.

Outside of the Society, Hector is a model, designer, and corporate leader at T-Mobile. He takes pride in drawing from his life experiences, Caribbean culture and heritage from Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, and his passion for fashion to motivate, empower, and uplift those around him.

His experience leading teams in the corporate world, combined with his creative instinct and distinctive visual perspective, allows him to bring a unique balance of structure, originality, and artistic vision to the Society's creative direction.

Joseph is a Charlotte-born fashion professional who earned a Bachelor of Business with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina Central University. What began as an unexpected detour—tryouts for the Evalesco Modeling Organization on orientation day—became four years on the runway and, eventually, a role coaching and mentoring fellow models in presence, choreography, and craft.

His collegiate career led to work as Second Stylist for fashion editor Mary Reinehr Gigler, with published work in Kaltblut magazine. As Model Coach, he prepares Sharp Gentlemen for the runway, the camera, and the industry through posing, movement, and stage presence. He works in property management by profession, and treats fashion, modeling, and styling as forms of expression—energy, identity, and joy.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Not simply an organization built around fashion.

Confidence

Showing up with intention, owning every room you enter, and presenting yourself as the standard — not the exception.

Individuality

Style can attract attention, but character, preparation, and purpose are what create lasting impact.

Presence

Lessons pulled from the runway, the boardroom, and behind the scenes of large-scale productions.

Legacy

A pathway for the men coming behind Cornell to go even further — opportunity built to be shared.
